Sliding awning in a garden – Mallorca

We installed a white sliding awning with black trim on a black metal frame, in front of the large window of a home in Mallorca. Extended, it shades the gravel terrace while keeping the garden of olive trees, palms and lavender in view, with the mountains beyond.

The canopy folds in waves along the frame and, when retracted, sits against the facade, leaving the window in full sun.
