The installation of automated or motorised awnings, blinds and curtains is becoming more and more common. These operating systems make it easier to open and close your awnings, blinds and curtains and, on top of that, you achieve significant energy savings, because you avoid the loss of light and heat through the window, as they incorporate natural temperature regulation inside the home.
Automation systems are useful all year round, both in summer and winter. During the warmer months, they help maintain a constant temperature inside the house and minimise air conditioning use. In winter, automatic management of the awnings allows you to make the most of daylight hours and so limit the use of heating.
At Área Deluxe we have a wide range of automation systems operated by remote control, push button or home automation, such as: motors, sun sensors, wind sensors, among many others.
These motors adapt to all types of awnings, blinds and curtains, allowing the mechanisms and fabrics to last longer, as they apply only the force needed to operate them.
We have specialist staff to advise you and install awnings, blinds and curtains with any mechanism and automation system.
We’re based in Mallorca, in Santa Ponsa — Polígono de Son Bugadelles — or you can also call us on 971 577 419.
We have a showroom of more than 140 square metres at your disposal.
