Today’s post is about our SILENT GLISS ® range of roller blinds.
These blinds are high-end thanks to the quality of their rails, the quality of the fabrics, their design and their constant innovation. This innovation enables SILENT GLISS to satisfy needs that other traditional blind companies cannot, for instance, installing blinds with a maximum weight of 280 kilos.
Let me explain the six advantages of SILENT GLISS:
- 15 different manual blind rails to meet the specific needs of each installation, which can also be custom bent.
The outstanding aspect is that the rails are set into the ceiling or wall, making them invisible and providing a restrained, clean installation.
2. Five cord-activated blind rails for heavy and hard-to-access blinds. All the rails can be custom bent.
In the case of specially weighted blinds or if it is necessary to activate two blinds independently, Silent Gliss offers an idler pulley that holds the cords at both ends of the rail to open the blinds individually.
3. The widest and most efficient and reliable range of motorised rails on the traditional blind market. SILENT GLISS has its own specific motors for its rails, making them the quietest ones on the market. These rails have also been given outstanding characteristics like:
-Soft stop/start for the elegant movement and precise positioning of the blind.
– Intermediate position with the press of a button.
– Set profile for hidden rails.

-Minimum of 25 cm radius for narrow bends.

SILENT GLISS has its own application called MOVE By SILENT GLISS. This application enables us to control the blinds from a smartphone, tablet or computer. This intuitive, reliable application enables the scheduling of automatic opening and closing times both from home and from outside, for instance, opening at dawn and closing at dusk.
5. “Motorised rod” system
Bearing in mind that it is not possible to motorise a blind rod, SILENT GLISS has found a solution: turn a guided rail into a decorative rod. How? By covering the rail with a rod and leaving only the rod visible.
